After calling Burger King when order…
After calling Burger King when order didn’t arrive they were very unhelpful.
Blamed just eat for reason food didn’t arrive , not prepared to resend order , but asking me to contact just eat .
Only option I had was re-order again with no guarantee it would turn up the next time .
Checked reviews and noticed a lot of other people having same experience. I’ve used just eat for other takeaway places and never experienced this , so needless to say I won’t use Burger King again .

Went to Burger King last Sunday in Queensway for a burger absolutely rotten. They used to have a reputation for being fresh flame grilled plump and packed out with fresh salad. They we’re nothing like it. The burgers were pre cooked steamed and a thin as cigarette papers 50% dearer than the competition next door.
Never again will I set foot in a Burger King at least with the competition you get what you pay for.

Got home to watch the footy, everything was fine with families order except my Xl Bacon Double Cheeseburger.. Which had no bacon.. Sigh, first BK, in a month and they got it wrong, and not worth 20min round trip to get it fixed.
Whopper tastes different....in a BAD way!
I bought a Whopper from Burger King in Purley Way, Croydon today. It was awful, the meat has an after taste. I used to enjoy the flame grilled burger meat, but this burger was nothing like I was used to. Disgusting, won't be buying again!

Burger King next to Odeon Imax /retail park near North Greenwich, London.
I wanted to order some meal at this Burger King today. People were queuing for the 2 self service screens. I came to the till and asked a guy behind the counter if I can order here as there is no queue. He said i need to wait to order at the self service. I asked him why do I need to do it while these two tills at the front counter are free and I can clearly see 2 people right in front of me that could take the order.
Male employee told me again with broken English that they won’t serve me at the tills and pointed towards the self service counters again. Very unhelpful staff with clearly not much or should I say none whatsoever training in customer service.

Not at Bristol Airport. What a disgrace to charge for an adult meal but serve something up which would not feed a child. Checked my receipt to ensure I had not ordered the wrong meal. Absolutely disgusting.

This is not a disability friendly store, don't ask for help as you just get stared at like a god knows what...
Very poor staff, if it was busy at the time I could understand it being an issue to serve a customer.
Do not visit & waste your money.

Burger King Hempstead Valley Gillingham. Food awful and it was chaos. This was the worst fast food I have ever had. Took my grandson for his tea and his double whopper Was absolutely drowning in grease ( it looked like grease had been poured on the burger and was inside the wrapper).The roll was soaked in grease. It was everywhere. I asked for a replacement and it was much the same. The burgers weren’t cooked properly and tasted awful. Young Female manager stated that they were all like that now as they weren’t cooked for long and were on a grill. However my whopper wasn’t quite as bad!! She was adamant they were all greasy now and it was cooked even though it didn’t look it! I asked for a replacement that was cooked a bit longer, but she refused and said they can’t do that! I could see it was busy and they were all really rushing the food preparation. There was another older female not in any uniform, but scruffy jeans and tshirt, that appeared and was telling the staff what to do. She then started cleaning tables (which were all dirty) and running about, she looked like she didnt work there, very unprofessional. I asked to buy a bottle of Diet Coke with my meal, but was told no way can I have a bottle they are only for home delivery, I can only have coke from the machine! We don’t like that coke and really wanted the bottle one! And we wanted to take it home to drink later but they refused a bottle and made me feel bad asking for one! It was organised chaos and the food was undercooked and swimming in grease. Both myself and my grandson had a stomach ache and felt sick for a few hours after we had consumed the burgers. Won’t go there again. ?

Burger King Warrington WA1 never has Fanta Ice Drinks. I ordered a Argentinia Angus Meal and got Steakhouse Meal. WA3 Warrington Burger King is full of grease and never has summer drinks. Great tasting when you get the right order but over the last year Burger King UK have slipped in quality and too many restaurants are not getting the summer drinks and yet KFC are.

I used the app to order my food I was actually parked in the car park and the app said I was 257 feet from the door. I went inside to a pretty empty restaurant after waiting a while I asked about my order and was told the app wasn't working there,my order was over 3 miles away. The staff were all very young and offered no help I was in NHS uniform having travelled over 60 miles and having a break before my return trip. So was charged for a meal I didn't receive and also when I contacted the customer service department I did receive an apology and a payment to my app. Unfortunately this was in dollars for some reason and never arrived to my app. So overall a pretty dreadful experience at Burger king, The Beacon in Hull.

50 minutes . 50 minutes I waited for two burgers and some fries. Five zero. The place was awfully untidy and the tables greasy . You could see the staff chatting and not preparing meals. Some people had been waiting an hour and their number had not come up on the screen. The staff were rude when customers asked for utensils. There was a line for refunds which I am not surprised there was . It was light outside when we came and I could not see the sun when we came out of Burger King. I asked for a dine in and they gave it to us in a takeaway bag which I am glad they did because I was ready to leave . Overall I would give it a 1.
